Terms of Service

1. Services

Wash 'Em provides commercial fleet cleaning, detailing, and appearance management services on a subscription and on-demand basis in South Florida. Scope, cadence, pricing, and location are agreed in a written proposal or service agreement between Wash 'Em and the customer.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are based on information you provide (fleet size, vehicle types, condition, access). Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customer is responsible for providing safe on-site access to vehicles, water access when applicable, and clear notice of any restrictions. Missed appointments due to lack of access may be billed as scheduled.

4. Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice or service agreement. Overdue balances may accrue reasonable late fees. Recurring subscription billing continues until cancelled per the service agreement.

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a subscription with the notice specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days). Individual appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with reasonable advance notice; same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate fleet and location information
• Remove personal items and valuables from vehicles
• Disclose sensitive equipment, wraps, decals, or damage in advance
• Ensure vehicles are parked in an area we can safely service

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wash 'Em is not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by loose or aftermarket components, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any claim must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service. Aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Communications & SMS

By providing your contact information, you authorize us to contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry, quote, or service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, and photography — is owned by or licensed to Wash 'Em and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may include links or embedded tools from third parties (for example, chat, forms, or analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
